Can you provide a detailed breakdown of the project costs, including materials, labor, and permits?
Yes. We strive to keep the owners informed on every aspect of the project. We provide a very detailed oriented budget with all costs associated with the project. This will also include a timeline/ schedule on the estimated length of the project.
What is your timeline for completion, and are there any potential delays I should be aware of?
All builds are different and can require different timelines and or milestones. When we present the owners with our proposal, we will also present a detailed estimated timeline with a completion date for the project. All delays will be discussed with the homeowners in a timely manner.
What is your insurance policy like, and are you licensed and bonded?
Yes, We are a fully licensed and insured Certified Builder with the state of Florida as well as Lee and Collier County.
How will you keep me informed throughout the project, and how often can I expect updates?
We will provide homeowners with a schedule/ timeline, as well as performing weekly updates and or walk through. Throughout the entirety our builds.
What happens if the project costs exceed the initial estimate? Will I be informed beforehand, and how will changes be managed?
All Costs and or changes are discussed with the homeowners prior to making any decisions. We have an approval process that is presented to the owners, it is fully detailed with all associated costs and or schedule changes. Our mission is to keep the building process on schedule and on budget.
What steps will be taken to ensure a smooth handover of the completed project and address any outstanding concerns?
All our completed projects are under warrant. When the project is complete, we will perform a final walk through with the owners to discuss any concerns and get them addressed in a timely manner. We also give the homeowners time to make a punch list after the project is turned over.
